Logistics for Urea and Ammonia Plant: BuloBulo Project (Bolivia)

Altius successfully completes transportation of cargo for BuloBulo project in Bolivia consisting of a Urea and Ammonia plant. To carry out said project, over 500 Open Top containers were unloaded at the port of Arica in Chile and transported, following client requirements in terms of time and quantities, to their final destination at BuloBulo, Cochabamba (Bolivia), more than 950 km away. Transportation was carried out from March to May of present year, 2017. Upon delivery of the last container, ALTIUS successfully completed another project in South America where it had to overcome, besides the transport itself, added difficulties in coordinating the different legislations of both countries involved as well as customs procedures at the border between them.
